Loaded files are displayed in a list and you can preview their contents on the same window by selecting them.

With your files loaded and ready, you can start preparing various actions in the upper right area of the interface, where you will find a list of supported actions. All you have to do is select one or more actions and specify how you wish to modify the text in the same area. The software provides you with a good amount of options for each action. For example, if you wish to replace text, you only need to specify the target text and text you want to replace it with. If you wish to sort the lines of text, you can add consecutive numbers to each one, sort them in alphabetical order and much more.

The modifications you make can be seen immediately. TextConverter displays two previews, for the original file and the altered one. Once you tick an action and make your tweaks, the corresponding preview will be updated automatically. When your work is complete, you can save the modified files, over the originals or in a new location.
